These are the seller photos, I know there are a little over exposed. It is in an ICG slab. What do you all think?

ICG would call this MS63, I'd guess.

I'd call it MS63, guessing ICG said 64.

Not much scuff disturbance of luster on the high points of Lib's cheek.
I will be a tiny bit generous, and say
MS-64.

the 88(P) are typically average in strike. this one is a tad better than that. quit a bit of rub. decent eye appeal. surface preservation is not the best but is ok.

MS63 or 64. I dont think it might just cross the line to MS64

I might be spoiling this one a little early, but I didn't end up purchasing this coin. The cert number for it wasn't found in the ICG database, so I became skeptical. It is graded as MS-64+ by ICG, if it is legit.

Probably the right decision, if you'd have resubmitted with NGC or PCGS then they would likely not be so generous in my opinion.

Overexposure probably hides a big cheek hit.
