Feeling common and perhaps somewhat weakly struck, she fell in with the wrong crowd. You gotta feel a little sorry for her. How would you pass judgment?

this is actually a quite nice strike for this year which is typically pretty weak. so AVG+ for strike. As for eye appeal, I'm not seeing what you see, she looks good. the luster appears to broken in a few areas. I think she would come in at MS63 no problem

The cheek is pretty marked up, so MS-62 for me.

Lots of minor hits, dings etc. I see only one major cut. Second star below the M on the obverse. MS61

I agree that it is not a bad strike for the year. I'd say 62 though 61 would not surprise me.
