Anyone ever seen a Roosevelt dime with 1791 year?

Sounds like mirrored devices, transferred from a 1971 dime. Spender. No premium for a damaged coin.
I have a 200_ Lincoln Dime. (Also altered)

Probably a 1991, where the first 9 is damaged
to look like a 7.
