Given how long they ran some nickel dies, I think I'd still call this LDS. Otherwise some of the coins would end up being VVLDS since they can be pretty overused at times. This looks like the VLDS die state, Note how much larger the devices are becoming because of the die wear. Probably the second polishing of the fields, needing another polishing to keep using the die even more. The distortion is getting really ugly already for this die.
