Holder lettering doesn't seem correct, particularly the straight line between 203 and 002 when it should be a squiggle. Reverse looks more like XF than MS. What do you think?

I think it is genuine. Verification number checks out and the lettering looks right. I could see this as an unattractive 63.

The NGC holder was used from 2001 till 2008. Here is a NGC holder to compare. The coin and holder appear to be genuine and the reverse does appear low for grade.
