Came into a ton of coines new to this . is this a DDR and full steps. And is it satin. Ihave some others that dont have mint mark just like this one. DDR-And-Full-Steps-1995-D-Lincoln.

Where are you seeing doubling?
Full steps on a cent are not a thing.
Can't tell if it is satin finish with the pics provided.

Not seeing a doubled die. The column I think you're looking at is part of the design (one of the interior columns of the building). Full steps isn't a thing on Lincoln cents, it's a designation on Jefferson nickels. Satin finish isn't a thing on business strikes either, it's used to refer to the fields on SMS coins and some specially prepared proofs.

Some years have no steps, because of die polishing being so shallow on this design.

According by classification on cents do not exist FS (full steps). If a cent has full steps mean could be enter if pass other criteria for FD (full design)
