Not the same coin as OP's images.

Let's put that aside for a moment.

OP coin is struck from dies with issues (cracks, pitting) -- the toning is nice with some pullaway from the stars -- I do not see any evidence (from photos) that it was whizzed. Was it dipped once and has since retoned? Maybe. Wiped? Possibly. But in the absence of noticeable hairlines or much sharper photos I'd be reluctant to call the coin "whizzed" off OP's photos alone. Let's not confuse cleaning or dipping with whizzing.

That being said,

The photos do look a bit soft (un-sharp or out of focus). This is a trick used by sellers to hide hairline scratches and evidence of surface disturbances. That may or may not be the case here, but there are a couple of small divots on the obverse.

The coin from heritage is indeed not my coin.
The link was used as an example to see whether or not it was worth it to submit - regardless of the details grade for resale purposes.
The photos were taken by me and I purchased this coin nearly 2 years ago for $210.
here are some additional photos:

Unc details altered surfaces I'd say, looks like the fields have been whizzed for sure, lot of metal movement that doesn't appear to be flow lines.

The second set of photos definitely look wizzed. Wizzing a coin would not produce noticable hairlines, but smooth surfaces and create a false luster that almost looks natural from a distance.

This would certainly get a details grade, especially because it is a drastic change of the original coin.

Right, the cleaning is evident in these images.

From your second set of photos AU Details Altered Surface. I have the coin value if graded at around $150. There is no upside in sending in the coin for grading. Putting the coin in a AU Details holder may hurt the resale.
