these where the best I got from the seller since they have no idea how to not take blurry pictures. I know its a bit of a long shot question with the pics I got but I was guessing it might be obv 3 just cause of the more pronounced crooked nose?

It looks like a 4. Look at the chin 3 has a rounder chin where as the 4 has a flat chin. But I could be wrong. Really hard to tell with photo

Not much left in the way of detail to go on but I think
it is Obverse 3 going by the bow at the top of the ribbon.

On OBV3 the crown sticks out past the forehead, on OBV4 the transition from forehead to crown is quite uninterrupted.
And the flat spot on the chin as mentioned by sammeli.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
