Is this another example of a misaligned die like the 1983 previously posted ?

i would say that;s a misaligned die,off about 2 percent,and it looks like it took some of the elements off on the obverse IN GOD WE TRUST by the pic worth about five bucks

Yes...misaligned die, but I don't think this one is off enough to catch the attention of error collectors.
