1961 D Washington Quarter - RPM FS-501?

Still learning true RPM versus MD. Couldn't find many photos of the FS-501 for the 1961 D. The only one that I did see was from a 2017 reply to a post from Coop on the forum here. Could this be an RPM or have I been foiled by MD again? Thanks! Photos are from a couple different coin scopes.

Looks like Machine Doubling on a tilted RPM, that isn't listed on the Variety Vista.
1961-D-Washington-Quarter---RPM-FS-501?
Note the MD altered the shape of the mintmark, but the RPM is on both Serifs on the left side of the mintmark.

Wexler has a couple of tilted ones listed. You might check WRPM-004 or 005. Locations of the mintmark might be helpful for this RPM?

Correct me if I'm wrong... Hand punched MM stopped in 1956.

I believe 1989 was the last year for hand punched mint marks on circulating coins. 1985 for proof coins.

Looks like an RPM to me. Hand punched MM stopped in 1990. 1989 was the last year.

There are split serifs - photos aren't that great, but they are very visible with my loupe.
