Nice coin! Beautiful mirrored fields, but maybe not enough frost in the devices for DMPL.

I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

the 89(P) can sometimes be soft but this one is a little better than that. you can see the weakness on the left wing and breast. fields have an SMPL look to them however this is extremely difficult to call from photos and no reference point as to depth. eye appeal is not bad. the cheek has little more hits than I like for a 64 so I'm at MS63 possible PL
