@gord, first welcome to CCF. Second, that is an interesting piece, but I'm not finding anything similar on the interwebs. I have a couple thoughts for you though as you go about your research. First, it seems like at least one of the centers of this 75 anniversary celebration was the town of Vegreville. Consider reaching out to the local tourism office there. As a plan B, you could write to the Provincial Archivist for Alberta as there seems to be quite a bit written about this celebration by them. See this link for reference:
