This Cent was in an old album I bought a week or so ago. The Coin has some Proof-like reflection to it. More so in-hand than the photos show. I can't tell if I'm looking at a cleaned business strike, or cleaned Proof? Any opinions will be appreciated.
The rims look good, but the overall coin lacks the highly reflective surfaces, which could be hidden by the toning. This looks like a proof to me.

My gut said biz strike but the toning is consistent with proofs of this time. It comes down the reflectivity which is hard to see in the given pictures. Either way, it's a really cool toner, I like it!
