I have a set from 1964 half dollar down to the penny and none of them have mint marks they are uncirculated what's it worth

First off , and to your question.
Checking sold prices off ebay can be helpful on 1964 sets selling. The no mintmarks mean they were minted in Philadelphia, ant the 3 largest denominations are 90% silver, so that is where the majority of the value wil be.

Some of these were aftermarket sets with business strike coins.
