Hi. I kindly ask for your opinion about this coin minted on both sides with the same image. The coin, given the beautiful patina, seems to be in silver, size 24mm, weight 6.5g. What do you think? Thanks best regards.

Can you show the side?

Someone filed down and glued two quarter heads as a joke.

I did find a two headed joke penny in circulation once. The one side was dated 1913 and the other 1918.

Magician's coin,

If was an mint error must have the same design on both sides, not different die design. Only few coins like this are know to be genuine and all was prove that was intentional operator act.

Thanks for your answers. I have seen fake coins, doubled, but I can't see any stitching or gluing in this one. The edges do not seem tampered with.

There are two different years not the same year. The most common call for a coin flip is heads. So two tails would be a better one to make if you are going to win more often. (not that I would do that)
