2014 P Dime Teeny Tiny Die Chip On Obverse ?

Saw on Cuds on Coins a DC on FDR's head. Was listed as DC-10c-2014P-01. Very hard to see but I could see them w/ my loupe. Just curious as to number 1, if these are very small die chips and number 2 if this is the beginning of a die that wasn't long for this world. As always thanks for the help.

Yes seem to be die chips. Pretty common on dimes though—enough so that expect that these dies continued to be used for a while longer by the mint.
