Over the date there appears to be a die crack. I am new to coin collectimg and not sure. It looks like the marking on coin is raised and not ""scratched in". Any ideas on if its rare or worth getting graded. Thank you very much for any input!

Nice coin...great year, however IMO that looks like a scratch. As far as grading goes...if mine...No to grading.

What a nice coin... if it wasn't for the scratch!!! It would not be worth the grading fees and time involved to get the coin in a Details holder. The reason the scratch appears to be raised is because some of the metal was displaced. Similar to sticking your hand in a glass of water, the water will rise up and spill over the cup, raising from its original position.
