Well, it isn't just 'common' by the fact that it's a 1960D RPM...there are over 150 different dies for 1960D, some far more common than others. They range in value from $5 in GEM BU to over $100 in GEM BU, depending on the specific die that minted the coin.
Yours appears to be 1960D-1MM-024, which would be one step more valuable than the very common ones, meaning that it's somewhat challenging to find, but most die hard collectors have one.
