Looks like some doubling, possibly?
Sorry pics are a little blurry. I am trying to get them sharp. I am also having a hard time taking a full shot. My phone is taking awful shots, magnifier too shaky in my hands. I will do better!

The 3 is doubled.....looks repunched, but yes.....between circulation and laminations hard to be sure....lol

I do not see double. The angle of the one photo give the impression. Remember always the doubles must be see from vertical view.

The 3 looks to me to be full of grime. Any doubling in the date seems to be Die Deterioration.
