WOW nice coin but hard to find. Did some looking but couldn't find anything. All I found was Franken is Polish, an airline, and means Frenchman. Well that's a start. I even thought it might be a token for air miles but they didn't have that years back.

I think it's Czech, not Polish. I googled 1/4 Heller and found 2 links that match your token but when I tried to connect I got a "Error establishing a database connection".
Maybe e-mail the website . Let us know how it goes!

That particular form of the letter E, with the caron above it, is unique to the Czech and Sorbian alphabets. It's also used in modern Chinese, but I think we can discount that possibilty. It is, therefore, most likely to be Czech.
