Hello I was going through my 1995 pennies and this caught my eye from the extra metal on the "C" and the raised extra metal line or mark on the right side of the coin. My question is how many coins would be struck like this before it was noticed or got worse?

Looks like a die crack imo. Not too sure about the C.
