coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 03/18/2022 9:33 pm Keep in mind a damaged coin is not a mint error. It is Post Strike Damage. Like a damaged fender on the car you've driving, it is not a factory error when you hit something. Same with coins. Some else damages the coin and you find it, it is a damage coin, not an error, or error coin. It was altered after the strike. A damaged coin is just a cull coin, face value only.
