I have a 1990 p dime with a "wart"on his neck...or some kind of bump. Also has an extra stem on the olive tree on the back plus an extra cut on left side of torch....is it a true error?

. We really do need a full coin photo front and back as well as one or two close ups to help you. John1

Keep trying with your coin photography. Lay the coin down on a solid surface ( don't hold them). Describe for us exactly what you see out of place, and where it is on your coin.

that we do need better pictures. Taking them should be fairly easy, once you learn to up load, I would love to see this in better pictures.

It would be nice to see clear pictures. Just practice awhile. Lay coin on flat surface. Place camera/phone about 5-7" above. Cut back on lighting. Maybe this will help. On your reverse side looks like it could have a clash ( maybe)

Better pics would be nice but I agree that it looks like a nice clash on the reverse going north off the "E" of ONE.
