1990 P Dime Error? Roosevelt Has A Big Bump On The Back Of His Neck. Olive Tree Has Extra Stem?

Dragonassss New Member United States 4 Posts	Posted 03/22/2022 5:26 pm I have a 1990 p dime with a "wart"on his neck...or some kind of bump. Also has an extra stem on the olive tree on the back plus an extra cut on left side of torch....is it a true error? Report this Post to the Staff
