Online reference sites are quick easy and getting better all the time. I'm not sure of your level of experience but if you're really only asking about errors, Halo1st nailed it. If you're asking about errors and US varieties John1 gave you a great mix of sites, especially if you're looking at modern coins. And then again there is a whole other "world" of collecting out there if you're into world coinage, or colonial, or ancients, or etc.... Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
