It is 1967 P. I try to see bet the photos do not let me to focus. First look by what we have now it is a deteriorated coin. IGWT seem some acid. Many marks from circulation or been long time in environment. This I can say for now. Try better photos and spot what are you concerned for. We are here for help and instruct also.

All the 1965-1967 coins didn't have a mintmark those years. So it could be from anyone of the mints those years without the mintmark. Just a very circulated and vending machine damaged coin. (yes, during these years you could get a soda for 10 cents. Vending machine don't give the velvet glove touch to coins. Just the opposite.

Thanks to all for replies.... as far as what I was seeing on the obverse that I n n the W in we are what look to be damaged just wasn't sure if that might have been strike through. Also ted in unted seemed smaller than uni and the AM in America seemed larger than erica. Inner leaf of olive tree not formed. But again it's a circulated 67.

That is where the vending machine damages the coins. On the devices near the rim areas.

Oh, yes, I well remember the first time I went to a soda machine with my dime, and was shocked to see the price had increased to 15 cents! My first lesson about inflation .
