I see something to the RIGHT of the head.
Hard to tell what it is from from the photos
but it may be some sort of plate blistering.

I have to agree with JimmyD. Looks like plating blisters. Try pressing on it with a toothpick.

I tried pressing on the lumps and nothing occurred. the lumps are still there added picture after toothpick prodding
