It's not a Cud, but really impossible to tell what it actually is from those pics.

A Cud only involves the rims.
You might have a Struck Through but it also could be damage,
impossible to tell without clearer pictures.

It is not glue nor clear. It is silver coin colored metal. I will try to post better pica tonight. Sorry. Again I appreciate everyones input. I have sooooooooo much to learn.
