2015 Lincoln Cent at first glance appears to be damaged but E Pluribus Unum doesn't appear damaged. Thoughts?

the no other lettering really exhibits the clearness of all of E Pluribus Unum.

Contact marks are damage. This is a cull coin. The marks on the EPU are on the fields of the coin. The EPU is incuse, below the surface. It takes a strong hit to get deep enough to affect these incuse devices:
