Got it fixed. It was able to be done on line. I didn't have to have a service call. (never had this happen before. Most of the time when this happens, they come out and then go to a local box and fix it. So that service fixed the issue online. Hard to answer online messages when the connection isn't working. Fixed it on the phone.
