I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

I'll say for some reason it graded straight in the low VF range

Boy that's a tough call. I could honestly see it either way. That gouge on the bust is distracting, but perhaps that is just due to the enlarged image. If straight, I'd say 30 tops.

Hmm, could go either way. Assuming they straight graded it, I'd say VF35 sharpness, net VF30 for surfaces.

I'm at VF25 but I too can see the call for a VF30 grade. I think it goes straight as well, no details on this one.
