under looper - it looks to me like a D over a D. The prominet D is a bit north of the bottom (doubled or some other mark that follows a D shape just South of the Prominent D.

Looks like the coin is in a 2x2 holder. Always best to remove coins from holders before taking photos. Also,pics look a bit blurry.

Given the images posted, I rhonestly can't determine what--if anything--is going on with the mint mark.

Please send better pics and try using lighting from different sides when take the photo. this will help give a better picture of RPMs.

If the tops of Quarter Dollar are showing the same thing, it is probably MD. The glare is making me thing this. (glare is often seen on BU coins because of the flattening of the devices. Thus the excessive light is hiding what you are seeing, so all we see are sun spots.
