Here is a coin with a particular reeding.

It seems that the collar shows strong deterioration with many chips. All Denticles show a non uniform profil as you can see on the following pictures.

I also provide some pictures of both obverse and reverse, showing the rim compares to a normal coin. The problematic coin shows a rounded rim (right image).

The device shows a normal strike with no weakness.

This is the only coin I found in my Mint Roll.

Thanks to share your observations or explanation.

The Reeding zone has been grabbed at 0, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock.

Right pictures show the coin with the problematic Reeding.

Very good eye for this. Before to give my opinion which could have three parts, please can you post full coin photos?

I understand your theorem and finds, and for this reason full picture is necessary. Was really Mint roll? or some bank roll?

Again very nice catch eye.

I will provide full pictures this evening.

for now I can tell you this coin comes from a Mint Roll. In fact I'm only inspecting Mint Rolls.

Usually I'm not inspecting the Reeding. But the rim of this coin caught my eye. My first guess was a weak strike. I was really surprised to see this huge collar deterioration. Really unusual !
