Need Help With 1969 S Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ? And Weird Strike Through

DaeWonz New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 03/28/2022 2:12 pm I found this coin in a 1969 mint set. Myself and a fellow coin hunter have been going back and fourth on what kind of doubling is present also confused on marks around bottom bust.
