David Bowers and Co. not only design those catalogs, they also collect and put collection in place. In fact the main was David Lang (if I remember well). The material use for those pages, I never test in lab, but I see some collections after more then 30 years and are correct.
Have this is impressive if was acquired at an reasonable price.
