Photos are a bit too soft and 'glary/contrasty' to make an accurate grade determination. Given the apparent circulation wear, and visible dings/rubs/hits, I'd say it likely falls into the XF45 to low AU range. Others will be along to weigh-in.

It is circulated, has damage and zinc rot.
Grade doesn't matter as it is worth 1 cent.

Since were looking at a copper '77 Lincoln Cent (no zinc core), zinc rot may not be an issue--that said, the coin does have problems.
