Curious Findings On Tube Of 1968 Nickels

I am trying to figure out if these were kept out of lack of knowledge or some reason I am unaware of.
Just a tube sealed full of Jefferson nickels. They are labeled on the tube as "1968-S "BU" under that it says "R U K"

Having a hard time with the photo Optimizer, but it is just a tube of Nickels that is sealed shut

To CCF , open the tube and check out what's in there . If they are all BU 68-S Nickels then put them back in tube ,reseal and salt them away .

rolls of Brilliant Uncirculated coins from decades ago often sell for above face value, sometimes much above, especially if the seal on the tube appears to be original and undisturbed
