I came across this awhile back and am trying to find what type of error,(if at all) it may be,it looks as if the metal has folded back on itself,any insight greatly appreciated, Thank You. Please forgive the poor pictures,my phone is my only camera.

Hard to tell since the area of interest is almost screen and out of view., so I'm going to agree with Coinfrog and call it damaged.
