I do not recommend using a USB microscope to look for varieties because every little abnormality will look important.

That looks like PSD and MD.

1907 RPD-004 | 1907 Snow-4 was the closest I could come up with I seen the line on the beginning of the 7th coming down for the top of it on the left it goes up and under but I lose it about halfway then you got the little line on the inside of the 7 and then at the bottom and I'm pretty sure this is machine dubbing but I'm not really sure it looks raised and then again right at the back of the 7 is the main.. sorry I didn't realize how bad those photos were I'mma send a couple new ones

Looks like Snow-50. You should take a closeup pic of the full date so you can see date position in relation to the denticles.

The year 1907 in the IHC series is chocked with minor RPDs.

Maybe it's a new one? I've started taking all the minor RPDs with a grain of salt. Basically everything was punched more than once during this era and with the proliferation of cheap microscopes it doesn't surprise me that there's hints of another punch on many coins that were previously ignored. Unless it's obvious and recognized (and desired/collected) I don't see much added value, but it's cool finding stuff. That said, on your 7 it does look like there's a little something going on in that last image.

I've collected IHC varieties for over 20 years and as I stated earlier, it is Snow 50.
