Picked this up some time ago since I have never seen any clipped Seated coinage ever. Low grade, but the price was good enough to buy. Just looking to confirm with others on this and if any other person has seen other clipped coins within the seated type, all denominations.

I think it was clipped but not at the mint. Somebody was harvesting silver.

Because the clip is uneven and bevelled at the edge, I say PMD.
