Tricia4492 New Member United States 26 Posts	Posted 04/07/2022 3:53 pm No this is not a doubled die I actually come across these all the time one would believe it is a doubled die but it just tends to look that way because of how the letters are indented as opposed to bring raised from the coin surface. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 04/07/2022 6:24 pm These are incuse marks on the coin. They are below the fields on the coins. So these devices are raised on the die. The slightest die movement ( Machine Doubling) will affect these devices. (about 70% of the time) The DDR's are in a different location. They are on the center of the designs. Use the information on this link to find what to look for on theses DDO / DDRs to find these: Quarter doubled dies on the post 1999 quarters.
