I got this quarter in my change. It is all copper. How could this happen on a 1995P quarter? weighs 5.7grams

A metal detector find. That if the color they turn into when they are homless:

Just an ex-normal coin, the has a coating color on the coin now. In time it will turn back into normal color. It fist wears off the tops of the highest devices. Eventually the fields will change, but the coin will be gray colored and dull looking:

Just environmental damage.
Sometimes you can rub it and expose the nickel plating
