The coin appears to have what is probably Machine Doubling in the date and hairline. Too bad it looks like someone harshly cleaned it at one time but still cool to me. What you guys think?

. Could be a worn die issue or a replating issue. Also looks cleaned to me.

Looks more like Die Deterioration to me.

I see it as MD ( Machine Doubling).
The flat, shelf-like doubling around the head is a classic example of that.
