No need to prove yourself, no one's challenging you, just sharing our thoughts.

. I am fairly positive that I have I'd it as a 1909 DDO FS-101 Snow 1. My questions are is this worth sending to PCGS since they acknowledge this type and then keeping it, does the patina looked jacked with (not worth PCGS if so), what does the grade look like, or just sell it on ebay and let someone else play with it?

Again, based on the images, I can't say for certain about the variety. But based on what recent sales I've seen in AU (IF it straight graded) the cost of grading and attribution would not be worth it, IMO. Color and surfaces also look questionable, to me. These are my answers to the questions you asked

I'm am curious as to what a TPG has to say, so if it's on your dime, I won't argue it!

Hi guys. I haven't got the coin back yet, but I just talked to Rick at Eagle Eye and he said it is on the way back. It is definitely a DDO S-1. His grade MS 60 and not cleaned. Later and thank you all for the input.
