It is hard to get good pitches with out taking them out of the book they are in which is sealed up

Look like MD to me. But you can just slide out the plastic cover to reveal the coin - just be sure that the camera/phone focuses on the coin and not the album.

I am new to this and don't know all the abbreviations what does mD stand for pretty sure the D is die not sure on the m though will try your idea with sliding out the plastic

Looking through the coin condom is not a good thing, to determine what happened to the coin. Machine Doubling on the reverse. On the obverse devices it is probably affected with MD on the tops of the devices. The carbon spots on the reverse is a very bad thing to see on a coin. (they will get worse with time)
