Hi. Is this a doubled die? There is doubling on right side of statue. Arm and a little on the head? Haven't seen this before.

Thanks John. These minor doubled dies confuse me. I have hundreds of extra columns many with extra knees and other body parts, this one looked different.

Looks like two arms on the left and none on the right? LOL The knees look weird also. I email a bar collector to see if he has seen this before. Interesting.

Coop, I looked in all my dbld cols, DABP's, and odd
anomolies and I don't have this one. Believe me, I
have some wierd (uh, stuff) but I don't have this one.
I believe it's a keeper for sure.

mikep? what are you taking your pictures with? I cant even think of how I could get a close up like that. are you using something really high tech?

malissadawn, I used a microscope to photograph this one. But sometimes a digital SLR with macro lens, extension tubes and close-up filter for the smaller stuff. I've always enjoyed photography so I had the gear. I'm still trying to learn all the lighting and focusing tricks.

Bill, I have one on a 1999 in a silver proof set. Don't know if you've seen it or not.
