Slight MAD setup. Not a premium yet as no devices fall over the edges of the rim area. No weakness forming on the opposide side because of off center alignment:

Note the weakness on the reverse?
Happens on other denominations as well:
Nickel:

Quarter:

Half Dollar:

When the devices do not fall over the edge they are not a premium for the coin. Just a Slight MAD issue on the setup of the die alignment. If these are not corrected, in time a different issue will begin called a rubbing on the outside edge of the die called die attrition.

CoopHome: What is a MAD coin? What is needed in order to get a premium for these? Why are some not valuable?
