Hello everyone. I received this with some pocket change the other day. At first glance I was thinking this was from somebody playing with some acid or corrosive stuff. But looking at it closer. It doesn't look like a acid job. But more like some sort of inverted devices. I don't know. Maybe somebody has seen this. Thank you.

Looks like a badly corroded cent.
Whatever the cause, it didn't happen during the striking of the coin. PMD
