All large date. Key indicator for me is the 'curvature' of the 9 (in 1970).

The "S" looks closer in one of these pennies.

Ok COOP was very explicit but you need more things.

First how to compare with out take in consideration the "9":
1970-S-Memorial-Pennies.-Are-They-Small-Date-Or-Large-Date?

Second what you ask about the MM. Till 1985 the Mint mark was punch by hand, so is no way to look for this. Every Die could be in different locations. I play ones with 1960 and I find 25 different locations not different MM type.

to the CCF The 9 is the easiest way to tell. And then I look at the Y, on all small dates the Y will be weak.
