It has the same obverse die cracks like the 14.2. All examples of the 14.20 I've seen do not have these cracks. IMO whoever owns this coin and wants to sell it should inform a buyer this may be a PCGS error or send it to PCGS for a second look. I would not want to spend extra money on questionable rare variety. As a 14.2 it's still a really nice coin.
I checked the verification number on PCGS and it says it is a 14.2. So it seems the label was made incorrectly.
Some collectors have stated grading companies don't have the same quality control as they used to. Thousands of coins perhaps are briefly examined and mistakes are made.
