2015-D Homestead Washington Quarter Error

Here is a 2015-D with an unusual error on the reverse that I am trying to confirm what type of mint error occurred. It appears the wood grain from the logs continues through the top two window panes of the cabin window. Report this Post to the Staff

This would be the most incuse part of the die so for it to be effected without effecting the areas in between is not possible IMK. The window panes are not effected but this higher points on the coin in that area are, which to me screams PMD. I also don't think it's raised but I don't have to coin in hand.
